By participating in the CCN Referral Rewards campaign, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: The campaign is open exclusively to existing CCN Members, and referrals must be new to CCN and not previous members. Referrals must be submitted through the official referral form provided by CCN, and the referred contractor must complete the membership application process and be accepted as a Diamond or Platinum Member for the referring member to qualify for the rewards. Free membership rewards for Diamond referrals will be applied to the next membership year following the successful enrollment of the referred contractor, while membership fee reductions for Platinum referrals will be applied as a credit toward the referring member's next renewal or upgrade to Diamond Membership. If the referring company pays monthly and their referral signs up for CCN, complimentary membership begins next month. If the referring company pays annually and their referral signs up for CCN, complimentary membership begins after the expiration of the current contract. If the referral completes a demo with CCN, the referrer and the referral will each receive one free ticket to our next conference. Referrals must be submitted within this period to be eligible for rewards. CCN reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice. By participating, members agree to adhere to these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from the campaign will be resolved at the sole discretion of CCN. Furthermore, CCN may use participants' data for promotional purposes related to this campaign, in accordance with the privacy policy. This campaign is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CCN operates, and all participants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or related to this campaign.
